This company has taken money unlawful. This company was retained to help save a home. Did not full fill its job. Unknow to the homeowner the house was sold before this company was contacted.

When the homeowner was told that her home was sold she told them she did not need their services. But this Tim Meester state that they could help. This company is not licensed to do any kind of loans or banking or any type of that kind of work.

When the company realized that the client would be asking for a refund of money based on the guaranty this Tim Meester and Jacob Cukjati(Jack) started bull S**T around. First they said we would have to hire a lawyer to get the money back.

But on contacting them they stated that there should be a refund. But still bs about it for three weeks now and nothing still. Contacted them again and told them I was ready to contact the attorney general.

Then this Tim Meester said he was willing to refund 50% $395 dollars out of $595 that he took. He stated that the other $400 of it was on this Jacob Cukjati(Jack). I e-mail Tim and told him that I want a 100% refund on the money because they did nothing.

These people are very shadded and when asked about their license through the state bs again and lied to avoid being identified. Alabama office is Lewis Mortgage Assistance Foundation,INC. DNP 567-083 through the secretary of state. Arizona office is Lewis Foreclosure Mediation Services L.L.C. # L-1148844-2 through the Arizona Corporation Commission.

I have recently contracted with Lewis and Associates to help save my home and have been nothing if not completely impressed with the professional manner they have used in handling my case thus far. The agreement is clearly spelled out and is easy to follow. I have no doubt this company will save my family's home.

That said, I am a licensed paralegal in several states and the first thing they teach you is to ignore what is published on a blog such as this one until it can be backed with facts. This report is not backed with facts. Further, it is not even written properly. The grammar is awful and the sentence structure pitiful to say the least. No wonder the author had difficulty reading and comprehending the documents Lewis supplies, for those documents are written for the person with average intelligence, that is enough to get through their own doorway in the morning.

Before one slams a company or person, one should do their homework and proofread their submission. If English is not your first language, all the more reason to proofread or consult with someone who does understand all the peculiarities of the English language especially when reading contracts, signing agreements, and making defaming comments about a company and its character.

Anonymous Wyoming should be ashamed.

At the time of the rebuttal this company didn't refund any money at all. How I got involved was my mother contacted me about this. So I started looking up this company and the people that where involved and was very disturbed with what I found! This company out of Alabama had 33 reports against them in the past 36 months with the bbb. Then I found that this Tim Meester out of Arizona had complaints also not just with this company that he claims to own but several other things he has done. One of them was a prenatal gender test from Newborn Medical company which I found the report on ripoff report under Tim Meester, the other is a dandelion supplement that was reported to the fda. Then I researched the business names that he has had and found alot of them. That made me think if your such a reputtal company why would you need to change your name so often. When I posted my oringinal ripoff report I received a call at home from Tim Meester telling me if I didn't remove the report he wouldn't refund any money at all. I told him well that's kind of fun when someone says something about him he wants something done. But in my correspondence with this Jack Cukjati he sent me an e-mail between him and Tim Meester where Tim Meester says my mother is a drunk. I explained to him that my mother has very serious health problems and for him to make an assumption like that was very unprofessional. I have worked in very big corporations and other businesses and never have seen a company conduct themselves in this manner when trying to resolve something. And with this in mind if I was to provide a service or a product and I didn't fullfill my requirements and a customer has problem I would refund at a 100% plus shipping cost and I figure that it is my responiblity if didn't take measures to insure what the product or service to the customers satisfaction or I would face other Legal action or a complaint. How this is being resolved is I told my mother to make a compliant with her bank since she had only authorized one payment 995.00 to this Tim Meester and he didn't do that. Tim Meester and this Jack Cukjati are two different companys so what Tim did was take 595.00 for himself then forwarded my mother's bank information to Jack Cukjati and he took 400.00. Well the bank contacted Tim Meester he first though it was money for him but when the bank explained that my mother was their client he didn't want to resolve the matter. Well the bank has gathered the documentation and are sending them a formal complaint and that they have so much time to resolve the matter or they will forwarding this information for criminal charges.

#4REBUTTAL Owner of company

We appreciate the opportunity to respond. 1. We never cussed 2. The report may of been filed by a sister out of the State of Arizona who got involved way late and may not of been aware of what had transpired the previous 30-40 days 3. Lewis did work on the account, including but not limited to a in-depth interview and assistance with alternatives once the situation became clear 4. Lewis found out the home was sold (unbeknown to the homeowner) and immediately informed client 5. Client mislead Lewis - client indicated that they had been making payments and the mortgage accepted them through January 08 - the answer to this question gave Lewis the 6. Homeowner did not tell Lewis it did not need or want Lewis's services until 30 days into the project and after a lot of effort was put into the file 6. The client did tell Lewis "I do not want need your services" (as per their words) 7. Lewis sympathized with client's situation and immediately rebated the client back 1/2 of the $400 it collected Fact is and in spite of client's comments to the contrary, as our attorney's tell us, clients has several options. "ONE" of them is that if the mortage company accepted payments through January (the home sale date) and this would of been after the foreclosure begun, the homeowner's needed to know that they probably should seek assistance from an attorney. We hope this message gets to the right folks - Jack Cukjati
