Lewis Palmer Associates & Associates - Blake Spencer (investigator) - Cashnminutes Warrant For My Arrest On My Job!! Investigator Blake Spencer From Austin Texas Of LLP & Associates representing Cashnminutes (aka Early Payday Advance) using Bank of the West For Fradulent Wires ripoff Austin Texas
Investigator Blake Spencer called me at my job at around 5:00 pm and threatened to arrest me on my job within 24 hours if I didnt pay LLP & Asssociates Lewis Palmer Associates $1350.00 in 1 hour by moneygram.
the money gram information he wanted me to use for payment was rec code: 5545., pay: LPA., city: Austin Texas., another code 73001733BF, I asked him because I was scared to death could he fax me the information in writing so I could see what I was paying for because the unauthorized load amount was only for $150 why in the hell would I have to pay someone that kind of money.
he said that I had to pay them $150 back., $66.00., $25 ACH returned check., $300 collect costs and $759.00 collection cost. And if I didnt show up for court in Austin Texas that I would be arrested. This underground hacker thief told me I could not have any information about them till after I made a payment.
My bank put a hold on my account because of this Early payday Advance from bank of the west.
I never electronically signed ANYTHING never got any email, please!! Blake Spencer said he would not fax me any information about the loan,electronic contract, amounts owed, NOTHING he said he would fax me everthing I needed once I paid 35% of the $1350.00 which was $472.50 then he would send me all the information I needed.
I didnt have any idea they had did this up until July 23rd I thought my account was closed my bank stopped anymore transactions on this account because of fraud, after that I got the phone call from Spencer Blake, my caller ID had 512-340-0389, Spencer Blake said I could reach him personally on 512-340-9141 Ext.11., he said I would get a receipt after I make a payment. YOU LIAR
