If you buy a product from a company, they should give you free help.

I feel like when you call tech support it is a rip off and they take advantage of a frustrated person. Instead of answering your question (by the way the answer can be found if you keep searching the internet long enough), they want to go in to your computer and tell you there are problems they can clean up. Then they want you to pay $99 for a technician to look at your computer or problem.

Well if they say no your scanner is not compatible with your computer - why did I need to pay $99 for that? That was my first question without spending an hour going around and around in circles and with someone who is difficult to understand.

Then they want to sell you some security system for lots of dollars.
