LHF Marketing Ethan Jenkin Ripped off Newport Beach California
I work in the mortgage industry and out sourced Ethan Jenkin from LHF marketing to do some marketing verticals for us. He assured me he had a full staffed call room that would match all of my filters I needed to make a sale and charged me premium dollar per lead. Not only this, he required all funding up front. I trusted him, and was provided absolutely nothing. Out of an order of 100 leads I spoke with 20 people none of which were interested or inquired about a shortsale/selling their house / loan modification / or any other services. This was a waste of $10,000 dollars. When I called Ethin Jenkin from LHF marketing to let him know what was going on he assured me that my order was fullfilled by his call room.
When I explained I only spoke to 20 people out of 100 and none of them were interested in any services he said let me look into your order. I agreed to this and we hung up. I have yet to hear from him and that was 3 months ago. Needless to say I made several attempts to contact him. Ethan Jenkin is a crook, and I should have known judging by his absolutely terrible website and the fact that he works out of his house.
I can't believe I was taken by someone as low as him, but I want to assure that it doesnt happen to anyone else. So far my attornies have been trying to communicate with him, to no avail. Once again, this is Ethan Jenkin who is the owner of LHF Marketing. His cell phone number is 949.294.0985. I had reasonable expectations going into this, almost expecting to be dissapointed...but never did I imagine I would flush $10,000.00 down the toilet. I am currently with other more reputable marketing companies who are very great lead sources and I have recpricated my money lost. All I can say is do your research people. LHF marketing is no good.

It is very difficult for me to respond to this complaint as the author interestingly wishes to remain anonymous?
Having been in business for a number of years without receiving any complaints from our customers, it seems very odd to me that we would have received 2 complaints, not only on the same day but within 1 minute of each other from supposedly 2 different clients, one in Ohio and one on Southern California? ( Please see other complaint ) LHF marketing works very hard at obtaining long term relationships with its entire client base and takes customer service and customer satisfaction extremely seriously.
My only conclusion is that this fraudulent complaint is from a competitor in the lead industry who was having a bad day and wanted to tarnish our reputation.
