liberty aquisitions llc busch professionnal employer chooses to hire hooter girls over paralegals. tells their managers to not hire any paralegals to cut back pay. manager has no business working in collections with no knowledge of his surround lakewood, Colorado
hires unprofessional collectors that are rude to debtors hires girls from hooters over college graduate paralegals. makes engineers with no legal experience manage over senior paralegals that have done the collections all their life .demotes them after he collects enough information from their department, some get fired. fired a black man for no reason. which did his work and kept the slutty girl next to him that sits on her cell all day and wears revealing clothes to keep their attention and still does nothing as of today. .. owner and manager insist word for word that they will never hire another paralegal to do legal documents. you have 2 engineers that don't have a clue what the process of service means and couldn't explain it to you if you asked them face to face. there only goal in this company is how many go out whether they need to or not. Production in quantity is their priority.
The owner Mark Cannon calls people rude nicknames that are degrading and for other employees to hear. If you don't like it fired the next day. owners and managers come back drunk from spending all afternoon at the strip bar 2-3 times a week. all veteran employees are demoted to other positions and replaced by young adults with no previous experience and make the veteran employees train them . the owner has so many enemies right now he should probably get a bodyguard , i've heard them at work saying how much everyone hates him(mark cannon). i wouldn't doubt this guy gets a good beat down one day.
More than half the work force have no business in this field of work .its no wonder there's a lot of angry people out there . they get threats and have to keep a sheriff in the hallway . id be ashamed to have the name Busch if I had this fool as a partner. He's giving the company a very bad reputation along with him.
