Liberty Benefit Group ripoff West Lebanon New Hampshire
On Dec.20, 2004 a rep from what they claimed "liberty financial" contacted me about a credit card via phone, saying they got my info through the internet application(which I did apply) stating i had been extended a 2500 dollar credit limit. they took $299 dollars from my account on 1/7/2005 for a one time payment. I called 1/21/2005 to see if it had been sent out. the company number i was given is liberty benefit group which has my info and my money. now they are stating no card just applications and health benefit packages are being sent. they will refund my money once i receive the package and return it which will not be shipped for at least another 2 weeks. a super called me back, extremely rude and argued the fact with me then hung up on me when i explained legal action and why wasn't the entire conversation recorded. i plan to contact law enforcement officials within the next few hours, and my bank. please be aware thisis still out there and Liberty Benefit Group is still out there scamming people and using credited companies for there name, just at a different address and phone number.
