After over a month of lies, stonewalling, faxing & refaxing, & phony apologies from Customer Resistance, I"VE GIVEN UP. My Credit Union will do a Fraud ChargeBack at MasterCard to get the money these thieves stole from me with their fraudulent marketing & dishonest accounting. It will cost me $10.00, but it's almost cheap as a way just to be rid of these slime. I will never knowingly do business with a company that outsources to the Phillippines again. Lying third world trash.

So, after many, many, many calls, and many, many, many broken promises, tonight I spoke with a 'supervisor' who said her name is Vinnie, who found a copy of one of the three (!) faxes of my statements I had sent. She said she would send it to 'billing' (AKA The Black Hole) and request a response within 24 to 72 hours. This came after one lying weasel hung up on me, and then I spent an hour getting to even this point with 'Vinnie'. In spite of repeatedly being given the verification numbers from Master Card verifying they TOOK the money out June 28th, this is as far as I've gotten. I will NEVER knowingly do business with any American company that outsources Customer Service again. It's not only unpatriotic, it doesn't work. Shame on Liberty for being a bunch of lying, unpatriotic thieves. Shame on me for ever getting sucked into this to begin with with their dishonest, misleading referral. I've been lied to, stolen from, hung up on, laughed at - & THEY stole from ME!!!!

My Credit Union issued a provisional credit for the amounts LW withdrew. If LW doesn't refund ALL they ripped off, my CU will go after them for fraud.LW claims it has returned some of the money, but most of it has yet to appear. Getting back $41.48 on an $253.07 ripoff doesn't help all that much. My credit card co says it will wait 30 days. LW says they have credited back my money, but it has yet to appear at the CC company. LW received their phone back 7/7, emailed me ON THAT DATE to say it was within their parameters, & still claims they didn't get it back until the 13th. They lie for practice. Tonight, Margaret Gee, who claims she is a supervisor, told me billing will respond by phone within 24-48 hours as to when I can expect the rest of my money back. If they don't call, It's on - FCC, BBB, MD state attorney, FL state attorney. These people engage in fraudulent marketing, double, illegal billing, and refusal to return monies they took illegally. You have to deal with lying, apologetic, powerless little Filipinos who can (& will) do nothing to correct the thievery & dishonesty. I will NEVER knowingly deal with a company that outsources service again. If I do not get that phone call, it's on. What are the odds? Wish me luck with these pissants. Paula from tampa

I have requested my Credit Union & my credit card do a chargeback. They want me to verify my contact with the thieves, so I have sent them each via fax copies of my many emails & my notes on EVERY phone contact. We'll see. Those people need to be put out of business. I will NEVER knowingly patronize a company that outsources to a foreign country again. It is anti-american, gives contemptible customer service, and is wrong from every angle. Shame on them, shame, shame, shame... & shame on us as Americans for tolerating it.
