What you have is not a real credit card, it can only be used to buy merchandise from the issuer's catalog, which may or may not exist (no hint of it on the website). It cannot be used in local stores. If you buy their merchandise (if there is any), they will require a considerable cash down payment. The merchandise is overpriced so the cash down payment ends up being approximately the street value of the merchandise. In other words, if you had that much cash, you could buy the merchandise anywhere: there'd be no need for a credit card. It's a total rip-off from beginning to end. Follow Ed's instructions and go to your bank and get an "ACH reversal" of the money they took and keep them from taking any more. It is pointless to talk to the company any more, they are a scam.
