Libertyy Mutual jana savage disrespected, humiliated, lied pasadena california
Employed by UPS FOR ABOUT 25YRS, suffered a work related injury on july 2005, witch led to a spinal fusion surgery of the L-4, L-5, & S-1. This led to workmans comp case were this complaint begins, Jana Savage is attorny for LIBERTY MUTAL who is representing UPS. My attorney EDITH LEVY I believe is bought out or working with Jana . AFTER getting nowhere first couple years i stopped recieving workmans comp checks and was threatend to take deal which i decliend , this was during christmas season witch i remember clearly because Jana made a comment to me that went like this " if you take this deal, you may have some money to buy christmas gifts". my reply " now you discriminating me becuase I never asked for money to buy gifts, who told you that, my attorney then raised her hand and said she did . I REFUSED,THEN TOLD DRIVER TO PLEASE TAKE ME HOME, THEN JANA Savage REPLIED TO DRIVER, " YOU ARE NOT LEAVING UNTIL THIS MAN SIGNS THIS SETTLEMENT, YOU WORK FOR ME IF YOU WANT TO GET PAID YOU LISTEN TO ME". I THEN TOLD DRIVER NO WORRYS ILL GET A TAXI. this all took place in the public outside the courthouse with my attorney by Janas side saying nothing on my behalf.
AFTER ANOTHER HOUR OR SO OF NOTHING DRIVER TOOK ME HOME , AND WHILE COVERSATING TOLD ME HE'S BEEN IN THIS BUSSINESS FOR ABOUT 16 YRS & HAD NEVER SEEN ANYTHING OF THAT NATURE BEFORE.TAHTS JUST THE FIRST OF MANY ISSUES THAT OCURRED IN ALMOST 6 YRS OF NEGOTIATIONS, MY ATTORNEY REFUED TO REPRESENT ME ANYMORE STATING I WAS RECORDING HER CALLS, AND ASSIGNED A ROOKIE INSTEAD WITCH JANA SAVAGE JUST OVERPOWERED.
ANYWAYS, THERE ARE MANY MORE MANY MORE CHAPTERS IN THI NOVEL , BUT DUE TO MY INJURIES MY FINGERS ARE GETTING CRAMPED . IS THIS A CASE OF MALPRACTICE OR IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO OR ANYONE TO SUE? FOR MORE ON THIS MATTER YOU MAY CONTACT ME ANYTIME . THANK YOU FOR YOU TIME AND CONCERN.
