UPDATE: American Express sent me a letter, about 2 weeks after filing a complaint, saying that the dispute was closed and they were taking the $69.95 charge off my account! To anyone who got taken with this scam, do the following: 1) Call Lifekey to request a refund (This is useless, but necessary to at least go through the motions). 2) Per Federal policy, mark the unopened shipment of Enzyte "RETURN TO SENDER" and put it in the mail. 3) Call your credit card company and explain the auto-enrollment scam to them and request the charge be removed. 4) Pray. Apparently AmEx is very good about these things, and I was very happy that they were able to resolve this for me so quickly. I hope you have the same luck.
