Lifetyme Exteriors, LLC Claim life time warranty. Paint Peeling off. Never come back to repair Needham Massachusetts
They came very late in the season to paint the whole house. Painting started to peel off very badly during the winter. We sent pictures and emails for them to come and repair because of the life time warranty they claim. For 8 months, we have patiently waited for a resolution to our situation, and time and time again, this company has delayed, deferred, and employed a litany of stall tactics. Their promises to follow-up have consistently gone unfulfilled. Their failure to communicate with us proactively and, more importantly, deliver on their promises demonstrates one of two things:1. They genuinely don’t care about us and/or the quality of work performed on our house.2. They simply don’t have the resources to stand behind their work in a timely and professional manner.We prefer to believe scenario #2, but ultimately, it makes no difference because our house remains in a dreadful state of disrepair. Our disappointment is accentuated by the fact that their business claims to excel in precisely the area in which it has failed, and for this and its warranty we paid you a steep premium.
