Light In The Box in China doesn't send the correct item that you ordered from the their website. What I got was entirely different from what I ordered. There is no contact phone number on the website or an email link to send them a complaint or to ask for assistance. Instead, they want you to send them (over the internet) a photo of the item you had actually wanted. I'm not clever at sending photos, I'm afraid. So, now it seems that I am stuck with a bracelet I don't want and that is really horrible. I know that I will never order from Light In The Box again nor will I order from any other Chinese websites. The bracelet will go into the Goodwill box on the way to buying a bracelet at the Mall! Be very careful when ordering from websites from other countries.

As I stated in my original report, I could not contact Light In The Box regarding receiving an incorrect order. About a week later I was very suprised to get an email from them asking if I liked the item I had ordered. Through the email I was able to complain that I had received the wrong item. They did not contact me again, but they did make a full refund to my credit card.
It would seem that although this company is hard to contact, they are honest and are safe to order from.
