As a webcam model agency we are required to gather information about models applying to our "adult businesses" by complying with all 2257 laws which require several things from us to abide by the law. The most important is gathering ID information if we model are sending us nude or semi-nude photos. When we receive an application from a model, we do what is considered a pre-approval of her photos and the application. This in no way means that the model will follow through with her ID information in order for us to fully employ her. The ID information is very specific, and many model try to take blurry, low resolution or extremely illegible photos of their Photo ID of which we cannot accept or we would be breaking 2257 laws and be punished by fines and or imprisonment for accepting a model without clear photo ID information. We also require a social security number just like any other employer in the U.S. But often models won't follow through with this information after repeated requests for it. We simply will not employ any model without the proper ID information. As owner of this company, which by the way has never been owned by three women, its owned by me, a male, and is openly a California LLC with phone numbers, addresses and multiple ways to reach us 24x7. We have never had a breach of security with any ID or any information regarding any applicant and we by no means make fake credit cards or fake ID's and we have never received any contact from the FBI or Lifelock related to any matter pertaining to theft of ID's or creating fake credit cards. We will maintain our professionalism and the reputation of our company and assure any future applicant to our company that its not run by heifers which Wikepedia defines as: A young female cow before she has had her first calf, and think that if this disgruntled applicant had contacted us by email with her issues first, she would not have had to resort to remarks unbecoming professionalism and integrity and resort to unsubstantiated comments on ripoff report. Quite frankly, we have no way to speak to this issue as our records indicate we have only one Amber signing up as a webcam model with our site in or around 10/6/08 and we employed her and she had login information to start working. From our records she failed to ever show up for work. So if this is the same Amber, then maybe she has filed this complaint on ripoff report to further her cause with one of our competitors, which apparently would be very easy for her to do without substantiating anything she has said in her report.
