Similar to other complaints, my issue with Twice is that they lowball you and offer vague reasons why they do not accept certain items. Then they do not break down their offer item by item (annoying-I love that their competitor thredup does this). The first two times I sold to them I was reasonably satisfied with my offer. Most items were accepted and my offer was over $100. Then I sent a bag with similar items (BCBG, French Connection, Bailey 44) and a brand new Michael Kors bag. My offer was $98. To refuse the offer means I would have had to pay for shipping to get my items back and at the time I felt USED but decided to accept. Then my final time selling to them was over Memorial Day weekend. They sent an even lower offer (seriously, the same quality of clothing has been sent in all four times and the final offer was roughly 1/2 of the first offer-a clear case of attempting to fraud consumers by pretending to have generous initial payouts). Sunday I accidentally accepted the offer (dang phone) but within an hour sent an email saying that the payout was too low and I rejected it. No one contacts me until Tuesday (Monday being a holiday). At which point Jayme (Least helpful and most snide customer service representative I have ever dealt with outside of the Bank of America reps) condescends to me that my clothes have already been pulled for merchandising. So yes Twice stole my clothes after I clearly expressed that I did not want to accept their offer. Do not sell to them-and if you get Jayme be prepared for little assistance with your concerns and much attitude.
