Purchased the LimoAnywhere product on 3/20/15. Initially I was excited about the product but everything went downhill from there. 

1. Contacted my sales person for support on 4/09/2015 for support. Here is what aI received. (Excuse, after excuses, after excuse.) Today is July 23, 2015. I would not recommend these services to anyone. Get idea, lousy follow-through. And there are lots more emails of frustration.

-          On 3/20/2015 we purchased the Limo Anywhere back office.

-          On 3/31/2015 we paid $700 and change for Limo Anywhere PHP website.

-          On 4/8/2015 we received notification that our website was ready.

-          Last evening 4/8/2015 we began branding /customizing the website to our needs.

-          This morning I found out it will take 12- 15 days to personalize the customer’s profile page https://book.mylimobiz.com/v3/myhouston/Account/Create with our header.

-          This page too! https://book.mylimobiz.com/v3/myhouston

 

Here is my question.

 

-          If this is a “template” and we know these pages need to be personalized, why not brand the page during the website building process instead of having the customer wait an additional 12 – 15 business days for this correction. In otherwords, I cannot begin the process of marketing or website because I am unable to make this simple change and have to wait 12 – 15 business days before anyone can make this simple update on my account?

Not good business. As a former web developer working with HTML, cgi  and ASP, this is such a simple fix. I like the concept of what you are doing  and believe you have a great product and it would certainly help us in promoting our business and reaching our business goals. However,  having to wait 12 – 15 days for something which obviously should have been part of the construction design leaves a very, very poor taste in my mouth.

Not a real happy camper right now! ! !
