Lincoln Heritage Life Insurance Totally Dishonest Phoenix Arizona Nationwide
I was considering going back to school in order increase my finances, instead after contacting Lincoln Heritage I went in for an interview. The interviewer never explained procedures and the cost to perform the selling of insurance policies. The company sent mailers and did television commercials. the returned mailers seeking more information was the leads. The policy or structure was to have agents to order 25 leads per week or encourage you the order that amount as that is what top producers do in order to make the big money. The price of the leads was 25 to 30 dollars each. Thie was not mention at the interview. The focus for a new potential agent was the presentation After three days of training in the field you are sent out on your own. I was given my first 11 or 12 leads by my manager. The leads happen to be in the most undesirable locations for a person of my statue. I tried anyway to do my best. It was no use with the leads. I asked for more thinking that they might be a lot better, I was able to sell 2 policies. This was to much for me I'm a veteran and a senior citizen, I will be 68 years old March 15, 2015. I decided to resign, but the resignation was not acknowledge like I was a slave brought or something. The company tells me that I owe them 843.38 for leads and 334.95 for advances. I don't feel like I owe them anything. I brought uniforms,busines cards, fuel, milage on my car, hours and hours of driving. They only paid me 255.00 I spent that on gas. I felt many times that my life was in danger, there were instances where racial slurs was hurl at me, Like N.....r what are you doing coming knocking on doors in this community. I felt fortunate many times to get back to my car.
