This so-called "Animal Hospital" Lincoln Villiage Animal Hospital has many negative reviews generally online. It is by far the worst Vet I ever went to in all of Ontario, Canada. They over-charge for their pet examinations - in my case a 10 week old puppy. $112.00 before tax and all I got was 10 minutes with a very unenagaging and disinterested vet that treated my cute little puppy like it was an object. She did not do even 1/4 of the exam that I was charged $112.00 plus tax for. Upon calling the "Vet" to let them know I wanted part of my exam fee refunded because 90% of what should have been done for my puppy was NOT done, the adminstrator, after avoiding me for days, said, (and I have it recorded) "We will make a donation to a pet charity in your dog's name" but not refund my money? What's the chances such an incompetent and uncaring "animal hospital" that wouldn't make any compromise re their lack of services and over-charging me would actually donate a penny anywhere anyway? NONE! This is one lousy "animal hospital" and they do not care in the least if you are not happy with their lack of care, service, or anything. They do not show the least bit of interest in their human clients or their animal patients. They just want money and over-charge and often don't even give you results of tests you pay for. I walked out with no receipt for having paid almost $300.00 for next to no service and with an animal health record that was totally blank - not even a mention of the visit was noted in it.
I would totally recommend NOT going to this animal hospital ever! The adminstrator is an avoider and when he does talk to a complaining unhappy customer, as he must be used to by now, he insults your intelligence and acts like the not very bright and totally uncaring "fill in the blank" that he is. This clinic is not a very busy one with good reason. They are not reputable or trustworthy and they don't even seem to like animals, let alone care for or about them - it's all about fleecing animal lovers of their money.
