Linda F. Calhoun - Jehovah Java & More Dishonest reprehensable owner (masqurading as a good christian) issues bad checks as payment Martinsville Virginia
Linda F. Calhoun, is the owner of 'Jehovah Java and more' a coffee shop located in the Liberty Mall in Martinsville, Virginia. She purchased an Espresso machine from us and wrote us a check for $4638.00.
Needless to say the check was 'NSF' and there has not been enough cash in that account since she opened her business to re-deposit it. She has made promise after promise, lie after lie, and we still don't have our money, but, she is still using the machine, so even if we get to repossess it (which in VA. you have to go to court to get permission to repossess) we will have to re-sell it as 'used'.
She is very busy at the mall and should have been able to pay this weeks ago. The final straw for us came when she left a message on our cell phone saying that the money she had gotten from the bank to send to us she used to make an 'investment' instead, and she hoped we understood.
We have filed a warrent to be paid or reposses the machine.
