As former and current tenants come out with depictions of L. Salzman as EVIL, it behooves her to defy them, but she continues to act oblivious, as though its relevance will lessen with time.
Another example:
A former tenant who lived in my unit corroborates that he saw Salzman go into tenant's units while they were away, describing her as 'CREEPY'. Salzman's conspicuous actions from more than a year ago were so emblazoned in his mind that he recalls it as though it happened yesterday.
Being confronted with the facts only leads her to retaliate by burglarizing cars as well, breaking things...
Knowing that the Salzman Trust owns the property, her love of hate is unleashed, gaining sadistic pleasure from innocent's misery one victim at a time.
Complacency breeds arrogance as is proven by the sneezing into towels and the clumps of spit she left behind.
As she say 'all managers do it' and 'I don't need any justification'.

If it matters to a day care center whether or not it is run by a child molester, then if should matter even more to the renters of an apartment. Assigning an appropriate predatory classification to such creatures in human form is vital to the future of our society.

Beyond a doubt, it is almost inconceivable to imagine a worse person to be holding a position of trust and power than Linda Salzman. This brazen two faced maniac acts as though she is entitled to burglarize apartments and take over your life, doing things like spitting into items such as salt, deleting files from your computer, and staining carpets.
Lacking absolutely any compunction, this irresponsible cretin would expect you to find another renter to take over your payments. It is hard to find a more calculating, deceitful, and degenerate simpleton in this world.
