LINDELLE STUDIOS - ALWAYS PERFECT ripoff Lindelle-Always Perfect photography is less than PERFECT over $1700. for a DVD with static JENKINTOWN Pennsylvania
I paid over 3300.00 for a dvd with static and a wedding album that fell apart in my hands the first time I opened it. I have been unsuccessful in getting any satisifaction from Lindelle aka Always Perfect studios. My problems began right after I paid the balance in full (ahead of schedule). I never even received confirmation that someone wsa assigned or that any of my paper work was in order. until 5 days before my wedding. I have tried for months to resolve this problem however, I was told that NOTHING can be done about the DVD I paid over 1700. for. I guess I am stuck with it! And I beleive that I was a victim of bait and switch, the album I contracted for and the sample I saw in the NY studio is nothing like the one that I recieved.
If anyone is thinking of using this company DON'T! All the pictures I received are an exact copy of the shots on the DVD. Of the 300 "proofs" I received only 30 were useable for the album (my album consists of 40 photos I had a hard time finding 40 photos for the album and 1 for the thank you. Every ceremony photo and of course DVD were taken entirely from the back. Every shot is of our backs during the entire ceremony. I think the guys followed each other around all day taking all the same shots. I have almost zero family shots and not 1 shot of my husband and I with our parents (as requested) none of my husband and my daugher (requested), my mother-in-law and me (requested) I do have multiple photos of the same people over and over and over.
