The Lindsey Management Company Built an apartment complex in Stillwater, Oklahoma called The Links of Stillwater. Our property line is 20' from the 8th T-Box for the eighth fairway. First of all they were suposed to have a wrought iron fence on the property line which after eight or so years they have not even attempted to install it. They have denied there was supposed to be a wrought iron fence, and the city of Stillwater have also denied the fence. I fought the city and the Lindsey Management Company for three years, trying to get them to admit it and do something about it. Well perceverence pays off. I proved that on the finalized plans there is supposed to be a Wrought Iron fence on the property line. Now comes the second problem the last 5 houses on Ute avenue are bombarded daily with multiple golf balls because how narrow the fairway is. We have property damage, perdonal injuries from being hit by golf balls, windows broken on houses and cars plus dents. Then there are the trespassers that are tearing down our fences, and beating our beagle with a golf club which cost us over 900.00 in vet bills. I tried to explain to them the wrought iron fence will not do anything for the last five houses and we want a net 30' high anchored to the ground with a cable system. I even have a petition signed by 12 of the 16 residents, that the last five houses desperately need a net, if for nothing else but to protect the lives of our children and our grandchildren. The city says if I have the majority votes we will get the net, but I don't believe them because of two reasons one they avoided me for three years till I threatened them with a major lawsuit, and then within two weeks they said they looked at the plans and said I was right all along. And the original Planner for the city Bronce Stephenson is no longer employeed with the city. second the wheat field they stole from an 80 year old man by condeming his property when it was still producing wheat. He was trying to sell the 80 acres for 2000.00 per acre. The Baker Animal Clinic offered him 1200.00 per acre and was still negociating on the price when the city condemd his land and stole it from him at 800.00 per acre. He was depending on that money to retire on. we also have severe flooding problems since the Links was built I have had to buy a sump pump just to keep our storm cellar dry in case we need to use it. It is washing away our soil and causing damage to our foundation, and the city denies it and says there is nothing they can do about it. they actually had the nerve to tell me we would have to sue our neighbors for the flooding. Our neighbors did not build or approve the landscape for this residence the city did back in 1961, or 1962. And now they are telling us they can't do anything about it because it is on private property. Well that is bullshit I know if they are proven liable they will have to do something about the drainage problem. I am fixing to file a lawsuit against the city of Stillwater, Oklahoma and Lindsey Management Company if something does'nt change real quick. Can you help me or advise me in any way

Thank you;

Randy
