My staff member actually articulated this situation with great detail and after reviewing it I didnt find anything in their rebuttal that is innaccurate. Our staff has actually done everything per contract and their documentation is very good. We will make this documentation available to any potential client, sub contractor or supplier that reads your false claim. Keep in mind we have hundreds of texts and e-mails between you and 5 of our staff members that paint a very clear picture of this entire situation. We also can provide a written statement by the home owner that verifies the claims my staff member articulated in their rebuttal in referrence to the quality of the service.

I am not the type of person to typically regret things but I sincerly regret allowing our project manager to use a different cleaning service on this project. We try to be good people and we thought we were helping someone in need by hiring you instead of our regular cleaners. If we would have used one of our regular cleaners the quality would have been better, the price would have been less and I would not be dealing with this nonsense.

I am extremely disapointed in your decision to try and extort more money of us and for slandering our company and me personally. I honestly dont know how you can do this and live with yourself. I think I lost a little faith in humanity over this situation.

The representation included in the attached "Rebuttal" from Lingenfelter Custom Homes is false.  I specifically request that the builder review and remove all unfounded remarks and refrain from further improper conduct.  The primary report to the forum was completed several days after notifying the builder of my intent to report to the forum and after several requests were made to discuss the invoices.

I understand your concerns and would like to discuss the matter when you are willing to meet face to face and are open to resolving this as quickly as possible.

We have been in business since 2013 and this is our first complaint ever. We made an agreement to pay Rebecca $1600 for cleaning one of our houses. The two companies we normally use quoted us $1,068 and $1,500 for the exact same amount of work. Our project manager felt bad for Rebecca and hired her after hearing her hard-luck story. We issued a Purchase Order and paid her in full ($1,600) within standard payment terms. She issued two more invoices after the home closed and LCH received final payments from the bank that totaled $1.260 without telling anyone, without sending a quote and without being issued a purchase order. On several occasions she was informed of our payment process. Our contract states it clearly, she was reminded verbally a few times and she was sent two e-mails as well (which she replied to). We will provide documentation to anyone who is interested. She also signed final lien waivers when accepting payment as well. Legally we did everything properly and she did not. She figured she can bully LCH into paying her more. Our owner even offered to pay an additional $400 in order to resolve it but she wouldn’t accept it. Keep in mind her She felt she should make $2,860 on cleaning this 3100 square foot house even though two other subs were going to charge half that amount. She continues to harass all employees in the company which caused two girls in the office to be scared enough to call the Flower Mound police. The two girls recorded violent phone calls, threats and received hundreds of e-mails and texts which were shared with the FM police department. It is evident that Rebeca will try any means necessary to get LCH to pay more including filing untrue reports like this.

Please note the following in response to her accusations: 1. LCH has investors and does not have funding issues so Rebecca is not telling the truth about LCH not having funds to pay. However, LCH won’t be bullied into paying $2,860 for poor performance when she originally agreed to $1,600.

2. This project also had a construction loan with Colonial Bank and Colonial Bank has released all funds. The owner of this house did not hold any funds because they weren’t controlling funds. This is also not true.

3. The homeowner was very unhappy with her quality and said he will issue a statement for anyone interested. He specifically asked her to finish cleaning three areas of the home. She did not clean those areas for him. He re-cleaned the house after moving in because her work was not satisfactory.

4. Our owner found out about the two invoices after the owner moved into his house. He talked to the owner and made the decision to back charge based on what the owner said. She did not perform the services she was hired for so she shouldn’t even receive the $1,600. However, our owner still is offering to pay her $2,000 total which is way more than our two regular cleaners, it is more than LCH agreed to in the beginning and significantly more than Rebecca deserves to receive because of her poor performance. I highly recommend you never do business with Rebecca Ryan or Final Clean.
