I placed an order on Nov.17, 2014, part of the order was on backorder, they sent me most of my order, but the backorder they never sent it to me.
On 12/11 I emailing them regarding backorder, they seem to have an attitude regarding my backorder.
As of today, January 13th I have not heard from them I have not received my backorder merchandise or phone call regarding when I might receive my merchandise.
I cant reach them by phone, they do not take phone calls.
Becky VP or Steve, CEO do not respond to my complaint.
If they dont have the merchandise after 30 days they should send your money back.
What's happening to all the back order merchandise and money.
