In filing a rebuttal, I am asked to provide specific evidence to clarify the situation. That is not possible given that my accuser has given NO specifics in their allegations that my company 1) didn't pursue bad debts, 2) didn't fix items in the house, and 3) left the house vacant and didn't advertise the property. The litany of charges here would imply that these past clients would have had an EASY case in court and could have sued for all the damages caused. I have no idea who they are so I can't specifically say what happened with their property. But, if they were really dead-on accurate, I'm sure I would have heard more about it than just this libelous entry on this website. Allow me to explain property management: I don't get paid a dime unless your property is rented to people who pay on time. I don't make a dime on any repairs done to your home, I make a percentage of the monthly rental. It doesn't serve me or my company at all to purposely leave a house vacant or to not advertise. As for bounced checks and tenants that destroy homes, it happens all the time. We file with the county, we put derogatory information on credit reports, and, if the client wants to go to the additional expense, we can pursue people in court. I cannot forcibly take money from people who owe me. Believe me, I wish I could. Life would be a lot easier. I would welcome these people to actually submit some kind of documentation that proves ANY of these claims.
