Linson - BuyElectricScooter.com Deceptive sales - confirming orders with free shipping and then withdrawing offer Internet
In the process of purchasing Xmas gifts for my kids (ripstiks), I found this internet retailer who was offering competitive pricing on the models I was seeking and who was also offering free shipping. I placed my order, provided credit card information, and received a on-line confirmation as well as an email confirmation showing the products, charge to my credit card, and free shipping.
I then received an email two days later from the firm indicating that they would be unable to offer me free shipping on these products - but would gladly ship them for an exorbitant shipping fee.
While I certainly will seek out another more honest retailer, I felt compelled to share this with others so that they might avoid the bait and switch practices that I encountered when dealiing with this firm.
