Liquid Reflections Web Design Company Dangelo Christopher International Website not completed; been over a year; nothing but promises and no results Internet, Georgia
I had great responses from DJ/Damon for the first couple of months, then no word for over 4 months--I received no response to phone calls or emails--Only received a phone call after I filled in a customer contact form on the Liquid Relections website threatening to report to BBB and cited Ripoff Report.com comments.
Received apologetic phone call and email and I was promised completion of website by end of January, 2011. Twice set up weekends to complete website--received no phone calls from Liquid Reflections and was unable to reach anyone from the company so no work was done on my website. Since then, I have been unable to reach anyone from Liquid Reflections via phone or email.
It is now May and nothing has changed. They have items that were supposed to be photographed for the website that I need returned. I'm stuck with an unfinished website after a year with nothing but excuses and empty promises from this company.
Disgusted and frustrated, I am in the process of filing a civil suit against Liqujid Reflections company. My case is pretty typical--I've spoken via phone and email to others who have also been scammed by this man. Do not use this company and be wary of DJ, Damon, Damon Stewart or any contract with Dangelo Christopher International.

In response to your complaint, I would like to give my input on what I know about this company. The owners name is Dennis Wimberly, and he goes by DJ or Dangelo, Damon Stewart isn't the owner he's actually just a friend of DJ's, and I'm sure Damon would be upset to know that his name is going around under this scandal. I went to school with DJ long ago when he lived here in WA state. We were best friends that hadn't seen each other in over 15 yrs. We found each other and I went down to see him in Atlanta, and thought for sure he was a professional and successful business man, until he tried scamming me out of money. He claimed I would have partnership in his Dangelo Christopher International business, I even have a contract from him, but never saw any money nor business, only excuses all the time about why the business hasn't started running yet. He'd call me saying his lights and water were going to get cut off, just to get money from me, or he'd tell me that he was short on the fees that were needed for advertising. I caught onto him very fast and stopped dealing with him. Alot of our classmates are on my facebook page, so last night I received a message from a lady that claimed her mother in law was ripped off by Dennis as well... I told her I would be more than happy to help with court proceedings against Dennis. There are several others that claimed they're going through the same thing, and can't get their money back. Dennis has a facebook page & this is where he recruits a lot of people for the fake businesses. He posts these advertising statuses, and the CNN footage of him that was recorded years ago, to make people believe his business is legit, and once they fall for it, he takes their money and you never hear from him again, or he brushes you off with tons of excuses. I hope that he's brought to justice, as what he's doing is very wrong, and I'd be more than happy to help you being that he's taken money from me as well.
