Liquid Siding of Maryland John Powell, President John Powel, President inspected, agreed to repair our housew and HONOR our 25 year Pro-Craft Warranty in 2008. Baltimore, Maryland
We contacted Mr. Powell in January 2008 as PRESIDENT of LIQUID SIDING OF MARYLAND, about problems we had with the work done by ProCraft in 2001. We were assured that he had bought PROCRAFT and as President of Liquid Siding of Maryland, he would honor our 25 year ProCraft Warranty. In Feb, 2008 he visited our home, inspected the damage, agreed to make repairs and honor the warranty in the Spring of 2008. Mr, Powell was polite and assured us that LIQUID SIDING OF MARYLAND would repair our house as soon as he could get a team in Virginia.
We made numerous calls and and spoke to Mr. Powell or Mr. Ron Drain both of whom were polite and assured us in the SPRING, then the SUMMER, then the FALL of both 2008 and then 2009 that a team would repair our home. Of course, there never was a vist from Liquid Siding of Maryland. I have documentation of our calls and letters.
Finally, in the SPRING of 2010, we received a very terse call from RICK LEGUPPER who was abrubt & very argumenative. He stated the Liquid Siding of Maryland was NOT responsible for and would NOT honor our Pro-Craft Warranty. He was informed that for TWO(2) YEARS, Mr. POWEL, President of Liwuid Siding of Maryland had been assuring us that our home would be repaired. After a very unsastidactory conversation with Mr. Legupper, we requested that he send his comments to us 'in writing'. There was NO response, so we wrote on 3/27/10 requesting a WRITTEN statement from Liquid Siddeng, Mr. UpLegger and/or Mr. John Powell. There was No response to this letter, so we wrote again on 4/10/11 with the same request. THis letter ws returned by the Post Office, noting " Return to Sender / Attempted - Not Known / Unable to Forward".
What can we do to contact Mr. John Powell, President of Liquid Siding or SOMEONE to help us seek resplution to our problem. We are senior citizens (85 and 78) and we NEED HELP.
