Buyer beware or just stay away. Liquidation.coms terms and conditions does not clearly spell what their obligations are when you pay for an auction lot and never receive it or even a tracking number. In fact the terms and conditions don't list any of liquidation.com responsibilities for when you pay them your money and you never receive your items.

I have gotten conflicting information as to my refund for items not received. It's been weeks since my purchase. Every time I call I get a different answer to timelines as to when I will get my money back.

As far as my emails, they have failed to respond to every single one of my emails about the cancellation and refund. But they were very good at making sure I was fully informed that my invoice was to be paid immediately and if not paid within two business day I would get a $200 fee.

I will call again today and will probably get another timeline. Meanwhile the days and weeks tick by and they stilll have my money and I have no products.

Also, do your research on the estimated values they have listed for their auctions, so far all have been highly overblown. There is no checks and balances and sellers put whatever they want for the values.

Very expensive lesson for me. I've spent several thousand the one week I used their auction site and later found everything cheaper at ebay, particularly if I was willing to purchase from out of the US.

A very horrible and expensive experience.

Update: **I called again today and was once again informed that it only takes a day, however it seems their entire cancellation department is out this week till tomorrow. I was then put on hold (for 16 minutes) while the buyer support specialist talked to his supervisor. He came back only to tell me he can't help with the refund and his supervisor is on a phone call. I've had it, they took my money weeks ago, I never received any shipping or tracking information because the seller never shipped and I want my money back. I filed a complaint with the BBB for breach of contract.
