Update: **I called again today and was once again informed that it only takes a day, however it seems their entire cancellation department is out this week till tomorrow. I was then put on hold (for 16 minutes) while the buyer support specialist talked to his supervisor. He came back only to tell me he can't help with the refund and his supervisor is on a phone call. I've had it, they took my money weeks ago, I never received any shipping or tracking information because the seller never shipped and I want my money back. I filed a complaint with the BBB for breach of contract.
