In most states, a lawsuit in small claims court is the easiest way to resolve most disputes like this if the amount falls within the jurisdiction of the small claims court. You can also contact the Maryland Attorney Grievance Commission: http://www.courts.state.md.us/attygrievance/index.html Some states also offer free fee arbitration for attorney-client fee disputes.

If this lady has taken your money and gave you little service. What have you done to get your money back and Has any one else had this problem as well. You might want to call the crime unit in your state and report this as a crime. You are not the only one.
