Susan, You owe no apologies for your complaint about the eBay seller. She may or may not have been on vacation. The fact is she failed her buyers--plain and simple. One has to wonder if she would have fulfilled your order had you not posted this report about her auction. I'm unimpressed. Thanks for alerting everyone for the outcome of your complaint! TFC

I originally filed this complaint, after not being able to contact this Seller for a couple weeks.... Turns out she was on vacation! Although it caused me worry because I did not know she was going away -- SHE HAS SINCE CONTACTED ME and we have resolved the problem!!! In actual fact, she seems like a very nice lady. Her recent feedback would show that she is trying very hard to make up for lost time, and make her Buyers happy. Besides that, we've exchanged e-mails and I find her to be very pleasant and she seems to be on the up-and-up. It's always good to exercise SOME caution when trading online... I'm afraid I may have let my fear get ahead of me on this one!!!

This seller was away on vaction. She failed to notify her clients -- bad idea, yes, and certainly could seem misleading... BUT the resolution for me, came in the seller refunding my money, AND willingly taking a suggestion that, in the future, she would put an "away message" on her e-mail account, so that future problems and unpleasantness would be avoided.
