LISTREPROTS.COM Mohamed Youssef, Wessal Khader, Ajay Shah LISTREPORTS.COM FAKED A SEXUAL HARASSMENT CASE AGAINST SALES MANAGER / LUCKY TO SETTLE LAWSUIT Orange California
I worked at LISTREPORTS.COM and I was requested to attend a labor board hearing in Orange County, California in front of a judge. I was to be a witness for an employee who had been fired and they were going out of bounds making up truly ugly untrue things about him. They bribed a woman who worked there to say he sexually attacked her a year earlier. no police report and they did not fire him at the time...GO FIGURE! The LISTREPORTS.COM attorney Mohamed Youssef met us in front of the building and followed us up the elevator harassing and threatening us the entire time. The hearing had to be rescheduled as LISTREPORTS witness and the supposed victum of sexual harassment did not show up. The salsmanager/employee went on to sue LISTREPORTS.COM. The sexual harassment witness did not show on the next hearing. During the trial listreports attorney Mohamed Youssef was kicked off the case by the judge for breaking and entering and theft amoung other issues. The case against listreports was filed in Superior Court, Orange County, California. Listreports settled the case for six figures and are very lucky it did not go to trial as it could have been seven figures.
Mohamed Youssef should be disbarred for his conduct. Wessal Khader and Ajay are trying desperatly to seal the court records as they do not want anyone to see who they really are. Wessal the listreports COO and Mohamed are married. You should see the videotaped depositions they are very funny and entertaining. I have never seen two clowns shoot themselves in the foot so often. You can imagine how bad a company and their attorney have to be to get kicked off a case in open court. MAKES YOU WONDER WHAT KIND OF A COMPANY AND MANAGEMENT WOULD HAVE AND INHOUSE ATTORNEY LIKE THIS TO BULLY PEOPLE....AND THE BIG MEAN BULLY MOHAMED CRIED WHEN HE FELT THE OTHER END OF THE BOOT!! When the judge kicked Mohamed off the case he cried; But the judge still would not let him back on. The court records I have downloaded are to funny you just can't make this stuff up.
