I ordered a gift for Christmas on Dec 10th and was assured the product was shipped on Dec 15th. The product did not arrive until Feb 3rd and it was completely smashed and destroyed. I contacted the company several times and they kept telling me it was shipped just wait. Then when I contacted them after it arrived destroyed they ignored me. Paypal refused to refund my money unless I returned the $25 product which would have cost me an additional $23 to ship back. Company has refused to offer a replacement or a refund even after I provided pictures of the crushed product.
