Hi Ruth you took the words right out of my mouth. Litton Loan is exactly what you claim and then some. Some of the other victims have commented that when Litton speaks one hand does not know what the other hand is doing. This is just part of the unprofessionalism, intimidation and fraud they force on us. Not sure what your exact situation is, but suggest that you check out some of the other posts here at RipOff. There is a ton of information that may assist you in your fight, such as a RESPA letter, etc. Ruth in case you are unaware there are currently 2 class action complaints filed against Litton Loan Servicing and their parent company, C-Bass in TN and CT. By the way Litton may be in Texas, but the daddy is in New York City, the hometown of Eliot Spitzer, AG. Drop them a complaint. The more complaints the AG receives the sooner we will be heard and understood. You are not alone in this fight, do a search and look for issues regarding Litton lie yahoo. Join in the fight and make your voice heard, this was we will stop Litton Loan now. God Bless, you are in my prayers.
