Litton Loan ripoff, they want your house, and to destroy your life Houston Texas
When our loan was taken over by Litton Loan the dream of owning our home became a nightmare. I wont go into boring details, I will sum up their torture. You call them only to be greeted by a screaming maniac who threatens to take everything you have ever worked for. Sense Litton took over our loan, they have threatened to forclose 4-5 times, they have had someone here two different times taking pictures. They have increased our payment from $503 to $750, which we are having a hard time dealing with. When they do get the payments, we still get letters saying we are late, and the nasty phonecalls.
Due to my husbands rear end in his truck blowing up that cost us $1700 last month we are behind a month and
half. We called today to make a $800 payment because that is all we had, and they wouldn't take it unless we had the whole $1100, they were so rude. One reason we called is because a guy was hear taking pictures and told us what Litton was up to, AGAIN. They have ruined our credit report where we can't get another loan through our local
bank, all these late payments show up. tried disputing them with the CRA, telling them that I don't know why
Litton had us down for 6 30 day late payments, because we hadn't ever been late, until last month, I can't get them off, HELP!
I am so scared what Litton is going to do to our lives. We have 3 children and we are doing everything that we can. But with these rip off people, they are aking it impossible for us. They are showing that we have only paid $300 towards the principle in 3 years, how is that. They have added forbearance, escrow, late fees when not even late, and anything else they could think of. Is there anything at all you can do to help us? Litton is destroying our life! I think they want our house! PLEASE
HELP US STOP THEM!!On the Hanson case, are they going after Litton Loan also? Can someone help me out here, what should we do?
We financed this house to consolidate, we own 170 acres around the house that is paid for, please help me stop them from taking our life. Isn't there a way to get the false late payments off of our credit reports, they are out to destroy us.
