LittonLoan Servicing LP Ripoff trying to foreclose on me adding all kinds of boggus charges saying I'm behind when in fact I'm not a none human approach to intimidate me & much more Huston Texas
THE LOAN COMPANY FROM HELL LITTON LOAN OUT OF TEXAS
Litton bought my husband and I loan effective May 1, 2004. In Sept. 2004 Litton says I'm past due over $2,000," I said to myself being the nieve person I am that it's all a mistake and they will take care of it. HA HA HA!!!!!!!!!!!! I figured with all the confusion of buying new loans and all. So then in Dec. 2004 Litton Loan says there recording foreclosure measures on Dec. 29, 2004 or is it 12/31/2004 both dates are on the same document.
Ofcourse I start to freak out because this is the home were my husband and I and our 3 kids live. The roof over our heads the security and inner peace we feel. Also my husband becomming permantely disabled with several suicide attempts, the ever day problems that kids have, me being the only one working. fighting SSI for my husbands monies, ect.
So I launch a request for an investigation on my loan, because i have all the payment reciepts, proof of insurance, application and approval of property tax postponment. The woman assighned to my case/file said it would take two weeks atleast to get a reply from customer service. She also stated that they probley woun't let me make arrangements or reinstate my loan for security until the finding of the investigation because Litton would make there money and more if they foreclose. Isn't that a B _ _ _ _!!!!!!
During these months I've benn still making my paments and Litton excepted them all until my Jan. 2005 payment they rejected it. My loan papers say if in foreclosure borrower will keep up all tax, insurance and loan payments. This Crooked company and there evil employees also started ringing up all kind of boggus charges, Totalling over $500.00. And get this the woman incharge of the loan tells me she can't check anything because it's the job of customer service. Then what in the hell is her job? To pass judgement, treat me and my family like scum under a rock!!!
On Feb.2,2005 I talked to my loan handler at Litton about my rejected jan. payment and she said that she would have to talk to her supervisor about my questions. Well her supervisor told her to tell me that she's to busy today to talk to me about this matter and that she would contact me on 2/3/2005.
In my option Litton Loan just wants to foreclose on what ever and who ever they choose no matter if there in the wronge. There are more disceptions on Litton behalf then you can shack a stick at. Why does it always seem that the fat cats of society can get away with this stuff because were either to nieve or poor or have so much on our plates insanity seems to be the way out.
