Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
For anyone reading this, you too must have had a bad experience with LivePerson.com.  I understand your frustration and out of pocket pain.  I have been there.  It is not your fault.  All you wanted to do was believe.

Please tell anyone who will listen these experts are not that at all.  I do not believe any of them to be legitimate and if they got something right it was just a guess, or you fed them enough information to give you a good guess.  Be very aware all these psychics share and have access to all your prior transcripts even if you delete them, they still have them.  If you wonder how some of these experts could know so much about your Aunt Millie or the names of who you are wanting to ask about, it is because you must have discussed it prior with another expert.  LivePerson.com gives all their experts access to your records and transcripts.  They are as much a fraud as their experts and should be ashamed of themselves.

LivePerson.com is unscrupulous.  All they are is a repository for fakes to take your hard earned money.  This is not only for psychics, but for all their experts.  The site is a sham and LivePerson.com are thieves.  In this economy, save your money and join a chat room.  You'll probably get the same advice or predictions and save a ton of money.  Whatever you decide to do, its best to stay away from this site.

If I have helped one person out there stay away from this site then I have done my job.

I'd let it go.

Who cares if they harass you?  I mean, do you really care what they think?  As long as you stick to your guns, let them harass you.  They will stop eventually.   They are not your friends so do you really care?

Let them vent all they want, just keep your money in your pocket and try to let it go.

Good luck!

I am now being harassed & threatened by their "experts" & they have locked my account from responding to these experts. I find it quite interesting that they are allowed to email, question, harass & threaten me, & I have no chance at rebuttal or defense.

FIGHT THE B***ARDS!!

Broke & Heartbroken,

I am sorry to hear what they are doing to you, but do not reverse the charges!  Keep fighting and let the credit card company do it for you.  Send any documentation you have to the credit card company so they can do that for you.  LivePerson will back down eventually.  But, please do not reverse those charges no matter what they say.  LivePerson knows they are a scam shop and won't pursue it.  Stick to your guns and fight.  Its the least you can do to keep the money in your pocket.

Many others have been where you are - ashamed and broke.  As long as you learned from this you will eventually come out ahead and smarter about who people really are.

I do not believe in psychics i.e. those that know the future, but I do believe in mediums i.e. those that speak with the dead (they do not make future predictions).  The best person to listen to is yourself.  You have all the answers - like Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz.  Trust in yourself first before ever believing another psychic.

Good luck!

I'm sorry, did you say $18,000?

You could have used that money to get a decent education and then you would not need psychics.

You were doing great in recognizing that these people are all disgusting frauds.

However, you have NOT learned your lesson and I guaranty that you will be ripped off again because you still believe there are real psychics. The fact is that there are no psychs anywhere at all.

I actually feel sorry for you.

I know I am not the only fool who got duped. These so called psychics not only scammed me out of money, but as well LivePerson protects them to the highest. Sadly there is no way to get justice against them as most of them are not even in this country, so you have no legal action you can take against them. Not only do they scam you by playing on your fears at your most vulnerable moments in your life, they as well can create fake chat session in which to bilck your credit cards for more money without your knowledge. I am being threatened with legal action for $18,000.00 in charges, most of which I did not make. They have records of "live chat sessions" that were charged to my credit cards. When I called the credit card company to report them as fraud charges, I am now being threatened by LivePerson with legal action if I do not reverse the charges. These people stole money from me & preyed on my venerability in one of the darkest moments of my life.

I can not believe this company is stil allowed to operate in this country. It sickens me what these people and "so called psychics" are getting away with. I guess on some level because we are dumb enough to fall into the trap, we get what we asked for, but when they actually start out right STEALING from us, that is just sickening.

Do not get me wrong, I believe there are genuine real psychics & some of them may work for LP, but the majority on there are NOT anything more than scammers from India. I wish I had a way to fight back, but sadly I do not know enough about the laws to fight back against these people. I am truly not sure what I am going to do or can do with the mess they have made for me.

Saying no information is shared doesn't make it true!

I was told by several former psychics from LivePerson they were contacted by other psychics asking to share information and even had a blog where information was shared.  It is very sad.  I want as many people out there to know what a sham this company really is.  I hope is all comes back to bite them.

I am positive LivePerson condones the sharing of information because a 'happy' customer will return spending more money of which LivePerson gets a very big piece of (50%+ of what the psychics get).  I was also told LivePerson tells their 'psychics' how to hook clients and monitors their 'experts' to see how much they are making.  If they don't make enough, they are shut down.  Also the star rating is a hoax too!  LivePerson will delete low ratings so no one will ever know if someone got a bad reading or got scammed.  LivePerson is nothing but a bunch of whores - money hungry filthy whores!

Shame on you LivePerson.  I hope more people read up on what you are doing and you go out of business.  That's what I am praying for.

Anyone who sticks up for LivePerson is only promoting the sham.  Don't believe anything they say.  If you do, you will be sorry.  Just sayin'......

Why do you think anyone would believe anything any of you "psychics" say.  You are all 100% frauds to even claim to be psychic.

Whether you share information or not does not change the fact that you are all nothing but common scam artists and are out to get everything your poor 'customers'  have You know it and I know it.  There are many techniques available to separate the poor deluded suckers from their money.

There are NO psychics anywhere, NONE.

Ilanna is correct. I have worked for LivePerson for over 4 years. We can only access a previous chat with a specific client, we cannot access ANYONE'S information. Readers do not share info, It is also against the Terms Of Sale at LP to share ANY client info. If anyone was ever caught doing that they would be terminated.

Ianna,

Its nice to see an employee standing by their company.  It is admirable, but I am sorry to say what you have written is unfortunately not true.

Many, many, many of your experts share information.  Some may get it free of charge as a barter system and some may pay for it, but no transcript is safe, sacred or locked down.  I could care less what your very strick rules are - they are being violated in a very big way.  I am happy to expose them.  Clients pay a lot of money in some cases and should be aware they are being ripped off.  I am not the only one saying this or who knows about it.  I have been told by former experts of yours.  Search the web and you will see the reputation of LivePerson.com is built on unscrupulous experts working on a site built by thieves.

Perhaps you might want to find another company to work for and defend.

There is NOT some kind of shared transcript pool at liveperson.  In fact, liveperson has very strict rules to maintain client confidentiality. Transcripts of sessions can be viewed/ remain in the account of both the client and the expert-----but cannot be viewed by any other experts on the site.  Experts only have access to their own account and information, and cannot view anyone else's.
