This website is filled with nothing but poor quality, counterfeit items.
After two weeks of waiting (the website said it would take 7-10 days), I received a blatantly counterfeit, fake Liverpool jersey. The website does not advertise that they are fake and even posts the same description that New Balance's website has, verbatim. This can't be legal...
The letters were peeling off the front, the embroidery looked terrible, and it came with an adidas tag.
A New Balance jersey... they sent with an adidas.com tag. Let that give you an idea the quality and care of this website's product.
Then, the worst thing of it all, is the return policy.
They only respond to seemingly one email per day. I asked them about how to begin the return process and they proceeded to offer me future discounts. As if I want to continue being scammed and buying shoddy knockoffs. I sent multiple emails, politely asking how to do a return, only for them to attempt to offer more discounts. After several attempts at trying to initiate a return, they finally concede that it will take 45(!!) days to process the return. It only took them a day or two to take my money, but it will be over a month to process a return.
This website is an absolute scam. The product is fake, cheap and counterfeit. The customer service is slow and seemingly deliberately terrible. Highly recommend avoiding.
