Hello fellow consumers. I'm here to tell all of you about a internet business named Livesay International. This internet business is by far the worst I have ever seen,and by worst I mean, a scam.

Their website is made to look legitimate at a glance, but it's not legitimate at all. When you as a consumer, makes a purchase, they charge you full price for the item and in the end they do not ship you anything.

What's worse is that the receipt they give you doesn't show what you have purchased. Here is my receipt below.

Yes it's that bad. And when you complain to the business they respond with either a bogus excuse or a delay excuse. Below are the complaint emails I sent them.

i just pulled your account and i see that the order did come through. I know the company has been having some difficulties with the shopping cart i will have a tech take a look at this issue. Thanks Todd M.

I do sincerely apologize that were told that your package would ship earlier. Your package has not been shipped yet. We are experiencing quite a delay at this time and I sincerely apologize for this. I hope that your package gets shipped out within the next few days but it is hard for me to tell you exactly when due to the large amount of orders we have on the shipping dock at this time. Your package is basically waiting in line to be picked up and shipped out by UPS. We are going to have UPS send us an extra truck out Friday so that we can get a lot more packages shipped and hopefully get caught back up soon. This being said, I hope that you can bear with us for a little longer while we try to get your order to you as soon as possible. I will update you via email or phone when I have an exact date for your packages departure. I commend you for your patience at this time and thank you for being an understanding and excellent customer.

Not only do they respond with delay issues, they give you a tracking number that will never receive anything.

Here is my tracking number: 1Z 310 4XR 03 9644 7526

As you can see by the tracking number it still says "Billing Information Received". Today is May 12; I made my purchase on Apirl 14th as seen on the receipt.

In conclusion, please do not fall victim to this fraud company. If you do fall victim, file a dispute form with your bank or credit card company as soon as possible.

And please, if you do fall victim, make a report here so other consumers can be more aware of this fraud internet business.
