Hello,
On June 14, 2018 I placed a sample order though live your life healthier company. I received the products NOT knowing when doing this I was ordering for more of them. But I didn't see this till after I order the sample size, 4.95 and shipping and handling was another 4.95. No problem I can handle that amount.
At the bottom of the website in light colored print in small lettering " By placing a order, your will be charged the full price of the package selected above. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our product, you can send back any unused product for a full refundby calling 844-736-3599. You have 30 days the product and will be responsible for all postage charges" Ok on July 2, 2018 I recieved a charge for 92.67 (Cream) from a Maximloss and a 94.67 (Oil). I have still NOT received the product, I have been waiting on it to come in so I may call them.
This morning Jul 17, 2018 they bill me again for the 2 orders for the same amount. I call them at 6:30 am and they tell me when ordering the sample size I was automatically ordering full size order at 92,67 and 94.67. This is nonesense. I told her I wanting a refund, she said she couldn't do that. All she could do is give me a 25% refund. I wanted my whole amount back. This company is all crooks. This is how these companies get you , they tell you are ordering a sample but in realtity your not.
