I received the tea and decided that it was too expensive. I returned the unused portion in February, 2008. I asked for a refund. They agreed. To date I have not received the refund and they continue to deduct $19.95 for March, April, May and June. I e-mailed them again. They informed me that this has never happened before and they are so sorry! But as you can see they continue to steal my money. I told them they are not authroized to use my card but it still continues. What can I do to stop this.

hi sorry abt that... i think you should cntact your bank if you are sure you have cancelled the policy and they dont have eni reason to collect themoney it can be cnsidered fraud. because they are takng the money without your consent this may be paid back by or bank. otherwise you can contact the frauds department and tell them the whole scenario. you can ask to take off that particular direct debit from ur account. gud luk
