Livinshape Livinshape Homefit False representation of products on website

I am creating this report to make people aware of the Livinshape Homefit system that is misrepresented in the pictures posted online. The product I received was far lower in quality than the item that was advertised with pictures on their website.
I purchased the Homefit by Livinshape online in the beginning of the quarantine period and received a different product than what was advertised. I did quite a bit of research before purchasing and ultimately decided to purchase the Homefit system due to their “reviews” and “endorsements” - which I now suspect are not legitimate. 
The claim to be endorsed by Men's Health and Women's Health magazine, which I now believe may be false, as well. I have attached pictures of the much lower quality item I received for your reference, as well as the endorsements they claim to have on their website.
The company was completely unwilling to issue me a refund of any sort or admit that they had mislead customers with the images of the products on their website. They demanded that I cover the cost of shipping the product back to them and then claimed they never received the product back. I have accepted that I will not be receiving a refund after exhausting every avenue of attempting to resolve this with Livinshape. Beware of this company!
