L&K Designs Art Inc, LK Designs Art Gallery is owned by a well known Las Vegas crook named Konstantino Kouris. Konstantino is doing bad business with a woman named Lyudmyla Radchenko.
They are selling fake fraud art online. They are operating on Live Auctioneers but they were kicked off Invaluable for fraud as well. They are currently in the process of being kicked off Live Auctioneers from too many complaints.. They are selling fake art.
They are selling signed Pablo Picasso Vollard lithographs. The signature is not from Picasso but are selling it as signed Picasso. They are selling pages out of books claiming to be original art. Multiple items that are "hand signed" are fake. Marc Chagall rarely hand signed his lithographs, yet hundreds are available from Konstantino and Lyudmyla for a deal of $300 free framing and shipping.
Konstantino and Lyudmyla used to be in the real estate business in Las Vegas, NV. Due to bad business practices Konstantino Kouris has lost his broker license. He owned Travellink Unlimited and Meridian LV. He was renting out units that he did not own and ripped customers off for millions of dollars. Google Konstantino Kouris to see the scams he is involved with.
Now he is bringing his bad business practices to the online art world hurting honest vendors. Do not do business with this man and his family. They are dishonest. Google his name Konstantino Kouris and there are multiple scam reports filed on this person.
He cannot supply authentic certificate of authenticity only a worthless print out from his office.
He always has an excuse and blames everything on "bad employee".
He will over charge for shipping and when the package arrives, there is absolutely no bubble wrap or anything to protect his "rare art" and arrives damaged. He also sends the art regular UPS. So if you spend a lot of money, he will not even take the time to send the package with signature required or with any care.
Konstantino Kouris has a criminal record in Las Vegas, NV for elderly abuse and dishonest crimes. This man has a history of unethical character. He will try to use Lyudmyla Radchenko (aka Mila)'s name to mask who he is.
Do not buy from Konstantino Kouris, Lyudmyla Radchenko (aka Mila) and L&K Designs Art 1681 E. Flamingo Rd Ste 3, he has an address on Crystal Cave Drive and Shirehampton. Also, addresses in Florida.
These crooks are planning on opening a gallery in downtown Clearwater, FL. Do not shop there, they are dishonest and will fraud you.
Konstantino is about 6'1 dark shoulder length curly hair. Stay away from him!

My name is Konstantino, I am the owner of L&K Designs Art,
PLEASE DIREGARD THE REPORT you have read against our company, AS IT IS BASELESS AND TOTALLY FALSE. It was posted by an ex-employee we had terminated, Renee Waage in pursue of hurting our business.
To give you a quick background,
Renee is a mentally disturbed female, a drug user, common liar, that has been taking advantage of the Welfare system, family, employers, child support income and any way she can maintain her dysfunctional lifestyle. The non-married fathers of her 2 children, several times have tried to take the children away from her but the false sworn statements to the courts and her manipulation has prevailed. We also had fallen into her Victim Role manipulation act, "single mother, abusive fathers, no child support, etc." Now we are currently working with a family attorney that will expose Renee and bring truth to the courts.
We put her in our guest home, gave her a good job and took care of her children. To express her gratitude, she performed with the worst work ethic so eventually after months of extreme patience; we had to remove her from our home and business. To be spiteful, she went into our Live Auctioneer Auction site and sabotaged our Data and wiped out 6,000 of our images (Live Auctioneers will verify). She also cleaned out ALL the data of our computers and changed the passwords, destroying years of accumulated data and work we have paid others to do. In addition, she posted an anonymous report on Rip-off.com making extensive and detailed baseless statements without any proof or evidence to support her accusations. That is simply because it is all a deceitful manipulation, to motivate inexperienced Art buyers against buying our Art.
IT IS SO UNFAIR THAT SUCH PEOPLE ARE GIVEN THE ABILITY TO POST SUCH FALSE STATEMENTS TO THE WEB TO MISLEAD THE PUBLIC.
Regarding her false accusations:
1. Some of the Art we sell, the Lithographs are not PRINTS but original pieces and indeed some come out of certain books that are selling for as much as $50,000. Some maybe signed by the Artist, some may be plate signed or not signed at all. Some may be selling for as low as $150 and others as much as $10,000. It is ridiculous to generalize and more so to make such comments without proof.
Every one of our Art Pieces are LISTED ACCORDINGINGLY and are not misrepresented.
What is most important is that hundreds of international Art dealers and Galleries list and sell thousands of these Lithographs daily, just as we do and have been for years but yet this individual is trying to manipulate you with these statements, reaching out to the ignorant buyers that have no knowledge to evaluate for themselves.
We are proud of our $300 Lithographs, as they are An Introductory Company SPECIAL price which includes CUSTOM FRAMING and FREE SHIPPING, a value of over $600. These pieces are ALL lithographs, NOT PRINTS as some sell. THIS IS THE BEST DEAL ON THE MARKET for such quality Lithographs including the precise Custom framing that emphasizes the Style and Era of the pieces.
2. She claims we have been kicked off "Invaluable Art Auctions". That is NOT POSSIBLE since we have never worked with that Auction house and we have no issues with Live Auctioneer as you will see our auctions posted 1-2 times every week.
3. We are proud of our shipping as we do a professional job and MOST IMPORTANT, we do not charge our clients, force them to pay "an inflated price, “UP FRONT" upon purchase of the Art as most others do. We invoice for the Art first and then we ship out. Once we have an actual receipt of shipping costs then we forward that invoice to our clients, without an upcharge as most others do.
4. Certificates of Authenticity come from many different sources. Most galleries generate a certificate based on the description and listing of the item and the relationship they may have with the Artist.
Unless a certificate is misrepresented, it is sufficient!
5. We have 2 actual retail locations whereas clients and any expert can physically view, evaluate the Art and purchase.
The ones the public needs to be concerned about are the fake companies that make up business names, put up auctions and sell out of their garage!!! And are nowhere to be found once they payment is made.
In our policy, If for any reason our Clients are not satisfied we immediately refund the moneys, this is how certain we are of our product!
