Dead beat dad that has other Woman taking care of his responsibility
Who Lloyd Hardiman AKA Don and poor excuse of a lawyer hired to do a child support modification.
I have been battling a child support modification case for 3 years because my daughter dead beat dad refuses to pay anything more then $200 a month. He has been paying that amount for the past 6 years, never provided court order medical, nor provided the quality time needed to develop a relationship with his daughter. Yet he lives the life styles of the rich and famous from his wife income, as he defrauds the government by not claiming his extra income.
The sad part of about this dead beat dad is that his child is in Christen school because she has serious behavior problems public school. The child support that he does pay goes directly to the school and he refused to contribute anything extra to his child well being. His famous words/action are ALL OR NOTHING pertaining to me and his child.
GEORGIA Legal System/Child Support
This system has to the worst in the United States.It cost money to get in front of the judge and the lawyer takes your money quickly and losses your case file.
I have been through two lawyers and received no service pertaining to my case. I file complaints against my first lawyer and then could not find another lawyer to take my case. I was happy that I finally found someone to take my case then he was worst then the 1st one.
Whom do you complain to? Who is willing to understand that the system is enabling this man to be a DEAD BEAT DAD?

If he's working under the table figure out how to prove it.. ie. pictures, hire a pi, ect. Be patient, and yes hire an attorney, there are plenty of them out there for these matters who WILL take your case. (Usually it takes foot work, not just phone calls to get things accomplished properly.) On a side note: Be happy that you at least get that much, as most other reports are saying they receive nothing, and the "dead beat" just vanishes into thin air owing arrears in back child support.
