Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I took a loan through loan shop online and then I got sick and was off work for a month. I had called this place , first of all they were very rude to on the phone, and would not help me and didn't want to work with me and the bank that I was going through would not close my account so they kept debiting this account they did it so much it is 2100.00 overdrawn left that bank got a different bank account at a different Bank, on Friday June 12, 2009, 260.00 was taken with out my knowledge or my permission.

I camunicated with this man through my email because I wanted it written down what he was saying to me he told me that he can do what he wants to and for whatever amount he wants I called my bank when I noticed the charge in my account and because it was pending they had to wait for it to clear, then I had to sign a paper for the bank to go after him. (which takes 10 business days) because that is all the money I had, this man knew this.

This being Monday June 15, 2009 I went in to check my account he debited my account for another 180.00 that was not there, so he intended to overdraw this account. And he did

They do not work with you I was gonna go through debit management they told me that unfortunely they do not honor that anything less than 200.00 they will not except they will not except a money order they want you to send them payment through western union or they want in you account. they will not give you there address I found the address when I put the phone number into google ( 1-888-265-5074 ) there is alot more written there is a lot more written there from other people. I want to file bankruptcy any lawyers out there that can help? Who ever gives out your personal information they should be responible

I would imform the bank you are with that these are unauthorized transactions. I would tell them that you did not authorize this company to take money out of your account. I would dispute these transactions . I would also put a stop payment on this company just in case or move to another bank again but what ever you do do not give this company any information such as bank account #s
