This company owes me money for work performed in excess of $1000. I have exhausted several resources to try to get the money and they have continued to avoid me at all cost. This Work was performed In june so it seems they have little interest in paying me or I surely would of heard something from them.

I am an ex employee of this company too and they did the same thing to me. I gave them weeks advance notice that I was quitting and after I quit they never paid me what they owed me. Don't know if still in business but he doesn't know how to treat people

Because I have never been paid a dime! I am owed more than $1000 however I have offered to settle for the $1000 but since the company is obviously broke they cant pay anything! My social security number has NEVER been asked! I was told the check was in the mail for weeks! I have never been lied to more in my life until i worked for this company. Its a sad state of affairs when your own family rips you off.

Shawn Moss who has nothing better to do then get up early in the morning and write a bunch of lies about our company is just telling half the story. The truth is he is a "family member" who entered into an agreement with us to do some work for us while we were on vacation. We felt sorry for him for not having a job and having a wife and child at home, however he never seems to want to work. We all had an agreement that we would pay Shawn Moss for "completed" work that he does for our Roadside Assistance Company. We agreed on $1000 for 2 weeks and "NO MORE", just a straight salary! He was forwarned on "several occassions" prior to us leaving that his paper work had to be "COMPLETED" or we can not get paid by our roadsides and in return he wont get paid! While we were only gone a day or so he was houndeing our supervisor that he wanted to be paid now! We also filled his gas tank up on a daily basis which we thought was excessive for someone only running maybe 5-7 calls a day sometimes only 3 calls all day since the supervisor ran the rest! He was going to be paid the $1000 minus any invoices that did'nt have PO #s and dates etc that would be used against us by our roadside (which we have copies of our contract agreements by our roadsides). He decided to take advantage of us since we're family and change his song and dance about how much he was to get paid. He started lying about the $1000 and wanted $1400 by stating that we agreed on salary plus commission!! Sorry, but our supervisor don't make both and neither was Shawn Moss! So we have with held pay and we told him we are not going to pay the $1400 he is demanding. We also have told him on several occassions that we want his social security # for a 1099 at the end of the year and he was upset about that and wanted it to be "under the table", so has refused to give us that information. He's just lazy and wants something for nothing.
