I called the number on their website. When I called the girl that answered right away asked what kind of lock I was calling about and I told her. I asked her if it was 15.00 like stated on the website and she said yes and then right away told me she was putting me on hold to locate a locksmith to find out how much. At the same time I received a call from another number 848 565 5248 from a man who said to text him a picture of the lock and someone would be there in 15 minutes. I was like oh well can you give me a price and he said someone would tell me when they came. 35 minutes later I text back asking how much more time and he said 10 more minutes. 10'minutes later I called and explained to the girl how they said 15 minutes and I was leaving g and wanted to cancel. She put me on hold and once again I received a call from 848 565 5248 who said the locksmith would be there any minute. 5 minutes later a young kid comes, looks at the lock with a flashlight and says 170.00 to break the lock and 110.00 to replace. I told them no way I don't want it and proceeded to cancel giving up the 15.00 service fee as stated on their website. He said that now it was 70.00. I was like for what? He stated for cancellation. I told him no way and called the 877 number back. I explained what happened to the young girl that answered. She put me on hold as she talked to her supervisor. She then came on to ARGUE with me stating that her supervisor said that is the price because the technician said it is a doable job and it is 25.00 to cancel. I told her that is not stated on their website nor on the phone. Y anyone that called etc. She then did well where are you going to find someone on a weekend for that price - I told her I was in no rush and had originally called for pricing and not this whole rushing and ignoring. She insisted that was he price and final. I told her I was reporting them and paying it but would fight them for false advertising and not doing as they stated which was a 15.00 service fee. Beware of their prices - their tech even told us they were scammers and he had to deal with irate customers like us who are being taken advantage of. He felt bad - good kid but horrible company.
