Locksmith-pros.net Uses Your Desperation to Completely Rip You Off Virginia Beach Virginia
Yesterday, April 10th 2017, I locked myself out of the car with my dog inside. I frantically searched for a locksmith and found this place promising 15 dollar visits and locksmith services starting at 35. I called and they said someone would be there in 15-25 minutes. 25 minutes later the guy on his way called me saying that he would be there soon. By the time he got there my dog was in the car for 45 minutes. Instead of immediately unlocking my car and saving my dog, he said that it'd be 120 dollars plus tax and wouldn't unlock the door until I signed the agreement. I asked why so much and he said that's just how it is. Desperate to get my dog out I signed and he unlocked the car in less than 10 seconds. I called the manager today to complain about being overcharged and he immediately asked if I agreed to pay the amount. I said yes, because the guy wouldn't let my dog out until I did. The manager said I should have called before I signed if I wanted to dispute the charges, but since I already agreed to pay he couldn't refund me. I told him that's really messed up and promised to make sure no one I know ever uses them. These guys feed on desperation. Please never use them. They're criminals.
