LogistiCare is destroying 16-years old Available Care Medical Transportation MAV business, as well as NJ Medical Transportation industry as a whole, leaving Available Care, as well as hundreds of other NJ MAV providers with tremendous debts and in a verge of short bankruptcy.

LogistiCares unethical, unprofessional, dishonest and illegal business practices, scams, manipulations with contract, trips assignments and reimbursement rates making Available Care, as well as hundreds of other NJ MAV providers, unable to provide continuous access and quality of services to poor NJ Medicaid recipients.

LogistiCare wants NJ MAV Providers to work for free or even for a negative... It is must be absolutely obvious that no Provider will work for negative as all providers and their drivers needs to support their families and pay their bills, not to support LogistiCare...  If NJ MAV providers will go on strike against LogistiCare one day you could imagine what is going to happen 

In July 2011 we were told in LogistiCares Edison office by their managers with sarcastic smiles on their faces:   EITHER YOU SIGN THIS (new rates) OR YOU ARE OUT!  
- HOW IT COULD BE LEGAL???

We were forced then to sign-up for a NEW miserable (!) reimbursement rates and after all, left without sufficient revenue to run our business

- OUR MAV VEHICLES ARE POWERED BY THE EXPENSIVE GASOLINE, NOT BY THE WATER!!!

We truly hope that no Medicaid recipients died yet because of their stress, frustrations, missing medical appointments or treatments  Just recently, our dispatcher tried numerous times to schedule a pickup for his wheelchair-bound elderly and very sick Mother (we was transported her for 14(!) years before), but he was told by Logisticare's rep that Logisticare cannot locate provider who will do the trip (???), so his Mother has had missed her doctors appointment for three or four times (!!!), while our companys vehicles was sitting on the parking lot doing nothing!!!

If these Logisticare's wrong-doings will continue, NJ funeral homes businesses will start booming really soon

THEREFORE, WE ARE PRAYING HERE FOR AN IMMEDIATE HELP, AS TOMORROWS HELP COULD BE TOO LATE AND THE MESS WOULD BE DEVASTATING!

SOMEBODY MUST STOP THIS LOGISTICAREs ARBITRARINESS AND LAWLESSNESS, OTHERWISE WHO IS GOING TO CLEAN-UP THAT MESS AFTER ALL???!
