I had purchased a Logitech Harmony remote last year and liked it.  So a few months ago I purchased a Harmony Hub and Logitech remote keyboard to go with them.  I could not get them to talk to each other so I contacted the company.  They informed me that none of these products communicated with each other.  At that time I told them that I would need a refund.  They put it in their system and said I would be receiving an email with return information.  This email never came.  So I called the company and after talking with 3 different departments finally connected with their India division.  They informed me that I would be receiving an email with return authorization within 24 hours.  This email never came.  Now I am about to phone them once again.  Not only are they difficult to deal with but I believe they should be very clear that much of their Harmony products do not work together.  This seems weird to me.  This poor customer service has turned me away from Logitech products!
