I've been a big fan of the Logitech Anywhere MX wireless mouse. I use (or did use) them with my iMac and a MacBook Air. Recently, they replaced a mouse that was under warranty and it is not working properly - it's having scrolling issues. I spoke to a customer rep yesterday who tried to help to no avail. Then I called AppleCare (the BEST customer service!) and they verified it was the mouse, not the iMac. 

I called again this morning and spoke to a Logitech rep who was extremely rude and said he would not honor the new warranty. He insisted there could be nothing wrong with the mouse even though it doesn't work with my laptop as well. Needless to say, this is the last Logitech product I'll buy. It's amazing how lousy customer service can affect even a well respected company.
